Sikkim University celebrated National Education Day 2025 on 11th November with the theme “Power and Purpose of Education.”

Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Santanu Kumar Swain delivered the keynote address, highlighting the role of education in fostering critical thinking, lifelong learning, and social progress.

The Department of Education organized various student activities — Quiz, Debate, and Extempore — encouraging students to share ideas on the transformative role of education. Winners were felicitated by the Vice-Chancellor.
